More Than 24 Hours Before Tour
100% Full Refund
Cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour and receive a complete refund. No questions asked. Alternatively, rebook for a different date at no extra charge.
Within 24 Hours of Tour
50% Refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are eligible for a 50% refund. We strongly recommend rebooking instead — free date changes are available up to 12 hours before.
No-Show
Non-Refundable
If you don't show up for your tour without prior notice, unfortunately no refund can be provided. Please contact us if you're running late — we'll do our best to accommodate!
Special Circumstances
Weather Cancellations
If we cancel your tour due to severe weather (hurricanes, tropical storms), you'll receive a 100% refund or free rebooking to any available date.
Medical Emergencies
We handle medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis with compassion. Contact us with documentation and we'll work with you on a full refund or rebooking.
Free Date Changes
Need to change your date? No problem! Date changes are free up to 12 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Just contact us and we'll find a new date that works.
