Overview
Ek Balam is a stunning Mayan archaeological site where you can still climb the main pyramid — the Acropolis. At nearly 100 feet tall, the climb rewards you with panoramic 360° views of the Yucatan jungle. It's one of the few Mayan sites where this is still permitted.
